Happy Holidays

I shouldn't make promises I can't keep! :-) I promise to keep the blog updated, but once again time got away from me and months have passed and I haven't updated. So let's see....My Mom had hip replacement in October and is doing great! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving...very low key...Then a huge ICE STORM hit Tulsa and we missed 4 days of school and now we are on Holiday Break. I just can't believe 2007 is almost over and 2008 will begin.

Emma is still LOVING school. She is just talking and talking and we are beginning to hear more sentences instead of just words. Her fine motor skills are one of her strengths and Santa will be bringing her a nice "painting" area to the house!! She also loves dramatic play so the girls are getting a Fischer Price Kitchen..now we only have to find room in the house for it. Oh, but the creme de la creme is a life size ELMO! She loves Elmo and will hopefully LOVE it.

Gracie is as always our persnicky child! She is 10 months old and wanting to walk, but still needs to a little more confidence to try it on her own. She now has 2 teeth in and 2 more on their way. She can say, "no, nana, dada, and mama." She loves to shake her head no to all the questions you ask her. Santa has already brought her a few things because she is a little bit bigger than Emma was and we had to buy clothes, but the kitchen will be for her and a few other toys.

My how the two girls are different, but I love that Gracie is already so stubborn..I have a feeling..no one is going to walk over her. The girls love each other so much. I love to see them play together. They are beginning to "fight," but so far it is has been short lived. Emma doesn't usually hold grudges.

We hope all is well with you. Hugs and kisses from the girls...click on the link to see some pics!
